Many non-Danes may be familiar with hygge, an untranslatable Danish concept. It involves taking time away from the stress of daily life to relax and enjoy the simple things in life. Most often associated with coziness during winter months, hygge can be found in the home with people you care about, or alone. However, there's also possibility to find it in a warm restaurant in a new city, taking time to focus on yourself and the joy of eating a nice meal in a cozy ambiance.
