We used Goway for a short trip to South America. It was arranged easily and the details of the trip went well for our family of three. For simple trips we usually book things ourselves and are fine doing that in North America and Europe. When we have gone further, the value in a travel agency is in linking and arranging keys details in a trustworthy manner. In this trip we had a guide in each of two South American locations that were arranged by Goway. This went well and having this set up in advance gave peace of mind during the trip. I am a travel agent with more than 34 years of experience. I must admit I have never booked Patagonia. I was lucky enough to deal with Osvaldo Gonzalez. Ozzie was exceptional with his knowledge of Patagonia. It was a complicated itinerary since many of the lodges were sold out. He kept in contact with me and my client (who happened to be on a trip to Switzerland when booking this trip). He communicated with us both (even with the time change) and put an amazing itinerary together. He was in constant contact with his agents in Chile and it was incredibly challenging since it was a holiday. He consistently worked on this until the client was satisfied and once the itinerary came together client deposited the trip immediately. I hope I get to work with him again.
