Below are links to our booking and final payment credit card authorization forms. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Group Final Payment

Once the form opens in your browser, you must DOWNLOAD the form to your computer BEFORE completing anything. You will be asked to log-in or continue with download only - select this option. NOTE: Please DO NOT fill out the form within your web browser, as your information may be lost unless you download the form first.
Once your blank form has been saved to your computer, navigate to the location where the form now resides and double-click on the form to open it.
Complete the fields on the form as required
Once you have completed the entire form with all relevant information, please send your completed form to your Goway Group Specialist directly (specific instructions are noted on the top of each form on where to send your file if you are unsure).

We used Goway for a short trip to South America. It was arranged easily and the details of the trip went well for our family of three. For simple trips we usually book things ourselves and are fine doing that in North America and Europe. When we have gone further, the value in a travel agency is in linking and arranging keys details in a trustworthy manner. In this trip we had a guide in each of two South American locations that were arranged by Goway. This went well and having this set up in advance gave peace of mind during the trip. Choosing the itinerary and hotels was also helped by the suggested items from Goway. We trust with our experience that we'll have a good outcome on trips such as this. “Women Take Dubai 2025 with Goway”

As a TA, I had the task to prepare a trip to Dubai for 32 women. I have been working with Nerea at Goway to work out all of the details on the trip. I am a travel agent with more than 34 years of experience. I must admit I have never booked Patagonia. I was lucky enough to deal with Osvaldo Gonzalez. Ozzie was exceptional with his knowledge of Patagonia. It was a complicated itinerary since many of the lodges were sold out. He kept in contact with me and my client (who happened to be on a trip to Switzerland when booking this trip). He communicated with us both (even with the time change) and put an amazing itinerary together. He was in constant contact with his agents in Chile and it was incredibly challenging since it was a holiday.
