I started travelling later in life when a friend invited me on a trip. That first trip overseas turned into a three-week journey across Europe, and it sparked something inside me. At the time, I was a university student heading into the health field, and after this, seeing how big the world was, I was hooked. I switched career paths because I loved the idea of sharing the different people, languages, and cultures of the world with others. It is one thing to see these things on TV and another to live them.
