Today offers one of the resort's most meaningful experiences: a visit to its Eco Center and turtle conservation facilities. Here you'll learn about the rehabilitation efforts for rescued sea turtles and the important work being done to protect these remarkable animals. The encounter adds another layer to your appreciation of Bora Bora's natural beauty. Spend the remainder of the day snorkeling or simply observing marine life from the overwater walkways. Later. enjoy a romantic evening beginning with a two hour sunset cruise aboard an intimate traditional Polynesian outrigger canoe which can carry a maximum of 12 people (adults only). Cruise through Bora Bora's beautiful lagoon while sipping on a glass of champagne. The boat will then drop you at St James, a gourmet restaurant located near Vaitape. Savour a 3-course dinner which includes a glass of Champagne; an appetizer: ocean prawns salad OR Red tuna tartar; a main course: Roasted Mahi Mahi OR Grilled beef tenderloin; and a dessert: caramelized tarte tatin OR passion-fruit cheesecake.
