Gothenburg, Sweden’s second-largest city is located on the west coast of southwestern Sweden. The Port of Gothenburg is now the largest port in the Nordic countries. The waterfront has many nautical attractions such as ships, aquariums and museums. It is a city of parks and green areas which include Slottsskogen, Gothenburg’s largest park which has a zoo and an observatory, the Garden Society of Gothenburg, both a park and a horticultural centre with around 4000 roses and the Gothenburg Botanical Garden with 16,000 species of plants and trees and considered to be one of the most important botanical gardens in Europe.
The oldest and one of the most colourful areas of Gothenburg is the Haga district from the 18th century. Formerly a low-rise, wooden-housed area falling into disrepair it is now officially trendy with its cobblestone streets, vintage and second-hand stores and excellent cafes.
Liseberg is an amusement park that opened in 1923 and is one of the most visited amusement parks in Scandinavia, attracting about three million visitors annually. Among the attractions is the wooden roller coaster Balder. The park hosts a huge Christmas Market each year. Universeum is a science discovery centre combining science, technology and adventure and is divided into six sections, each containing experiment workshops and a collection of reptiles, fish and insects. The Volvo covers the development of Sweden's leading vehicle manufacturer Volvo, from its first car to the current cars, trucks, buses and other products. The City Museum of Gothenburg, modelled on the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, displays Gothenburg’s and West Sweden’s history, from the Viking Age to the present day. There is a permanent exhibition about the Swedish East India Company. It is also home to Sweden’s only surviving Viking ship.

I love how laidback and relaxed Laos is compared to other countries in Southeast Asia. It's like the best of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand all rolled into one, and then sent back in time 20 to 30 years.
The Festes Majors are summer festivals held in the villages of Andorra. Each festival is unique to the village, with its own distinct style.

Our only criticism is that they do not break down the various costs of a trip which makes tipping very awkward. It can also create a sense of " mistrust" when all the costs are not transparent. Goway hires a local tour group, Jenman Safaris, to lead the safari in the 2 countries. The tour itself was amazing...the lodges that we stayed at were very nice and the food was great (except for one lodge's food). The Goway itinerary was slightly different than the actual Jenman Safari itinerary but most of the sites that we went to were the same as listed on the Goway itinerary. I would use Goway again because their choice of a local tour group was very good...nice lodges/camps and good food and knowledgeable tour guides.Ma FaOur GoWay tour representative, Michael Keon, was on top of all of our concerns and questions in a professional manner and we look forward to working with him in the future.
