After breakfast at the hotel, meet with the guide to set off for a full day exploring Seoul. Start the day with a visit to Jogyesa Temple, the heart of Korean Buddhism and one of Seoul's most important temples. Surrounded by modern buildings in the city centre, the temple offers a peaceful atmosphere filled with colourful lanterns, centuries-old trees, and beautifully decorated prayer halls, providing insight into Korea's Buddhist traditions and spiritual culture. Then continue to Insadong, one of Seoul's most beloved cultural neighbourhoods. Known for its traditional tea houses, artisan boutiques, antique shops, galleries, and street food, Insadong offers a wonderful introduction to Korea's artistic heritage and old-world atmosphere. Lunch will be served at a local samgyetang restaurant in the Bukchon area. Samgyetang, a traditional Korean ginseng chicken soup prepared with herbs, garlic, sticky rice and a whole young chicken, is regarded as one of Korea's most iconic and nourishing health dishes, and will be accompanied by crispy fried ginseng as a side dish. This afternoon, take part in a mother-of-pearl craft workshop with a local artisan in Bukchon. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Gimpo airport to board your domestic flight to Jeju Island, a volcanic island renowned for its breathtaking natural landscapes. Upon arrival in Jeju, your local guide and private driver will be waiting to transfer you to the east side of Jeju Island. Enjoy a delicious Jeju Black Pork BBQ lunch at a local restaurant, featuring one of Jeju Island's most famous culinary specialties. Known for its rich flavour and tender texture, Jeju black pork is a beloved regional delicacy and a must-try dining experience while visiting the island. After lunch, visit Seongsan Ilchulbong (also known as Sunrise Peak), a famous filming location for the Korean drama When Life Gives You Tangerines. Enjoy a leisurely ascent to the top of this volcanic crater, which takes around 40 minutes to climb up and rewards with breathtaking views of the coastline and Jeju's dramatic volcanic terrain.
